Today I’m launching it type he adrift, a java-powered hypertext that seeks redress with the hundreds of daily spam messages clogging my email. All of the text featured in it type he adrift has been pulled verbatim from the subject lines of an unnamed prescription drug website. This particular website is using a random text generator in combination with a mass emailer to reach prospective customers; most of these subject lines are clear jibberish, but a few of them struck me as perfectly lucid. I will continue to add new subject lines as they continue to filter out of my inbox.
The code was hand-rolled with MS Notepad and two .class files. This is circa 1996 technology, and integration with the right-column sidebar of this blog will vary in quality and appearance from browser to browser, OS to OS.

Perfectly lucid by chance. Absurd. I’m starting to develop a taste for messages from these interlopers myself.
